With MBCC for 41 years

Daniel Banks, Senior Minister, began with our founding minister Joel Wilson in 1981. His love for the Lord’s work shows in his zealous attitude. Now about to mark his 44th year, Minister Daniel Banks loves the people and the purpose of the Myrtle Beach Christian Church. The church, as does any family, has had its seasons. We are growing and our 2023 theme is No Fear This Year. While needs abound, the church has been helping the community for decades and joyfully so. Currently, MBCC is building a church in Puerto Rico, building Senior Living Apartments and providing a place of shelter for those in a troubled spot. Ministries at the church include Grief Share, Recovery Ministry, outreaches via internet, television and radio reaching across state and country borders. “There’s more work to be done” is often a reminder the preacher gives us all.
